Time to get back to nourishing yourself more conscientiously and more lovingly. The problem is you know what to do, you just have a hard time translating what’s in your head to your self-care.
You don’t, however, want a whole bunch of sessions. All you want is a bit of momentum, or a loving kick in the pants, to jumpstart the shifts to really owning and moving forward with healthier daily routines.
What you need is someone to spend 2 hours with you, hearing what’s been going on in your body, inside and out, and help you lay the foundation for new habits. Someone who has the clear vision and expertise to help you find the best course of inspired action to get you feeling like your old self again.
My role in all of this is to hold the lamp a little higher, to help you see where you’ve been and recognize the path you need to take next. Through deep listening, and my ability to connect your symptoms to your story, I’ll help you tie it all together into a blueprint for your healing journey. You’ll be all set to get yourself there with clarity and ease.
